Expanding Our Airbnb Cleaning Roster in the Ottawa Area

We are a small business that's been growing really fast in Ottawa lately, and we need to add a few reliable, experienced cleaners to our team for recurring work.

We mainly manage 3- and 4-bedroom houses, mostly in the Westboro and Hintonburg neighborhoods.

We are currently overwhelmed with the volume of bookings, so we have a constant need for reliable people who can handle a professional cleaning standard.

This isn't just a side gig for us; we are looking for team members we can depend on for the long term, maybe 3-5 jobs per week.

The work always includes disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, cleaning and sanitizing two or three full bathrooms, and making sure the entire house is vacuumed and mopped.

Given the older homes in this part of Ottawa, dust can be a real issue, so a meticulous dusting is a must, especially of baseboards and fans.

We're also responsible for stocking essential items like coffee, soap, and toilet paper, so you’ll need to make sure the inventory is correct and let us know what’s running low.

We use a checklist system and provide high-quality, eco-friendly supplies for all tasks.

* You must be able to work Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 11 AM and 3 PM.

We’re looking to pay $35/hour and can offer regular payment via e-transfer or cheque.

The ideal candidate would be someone who can operate independently after the first orientation.

I use transit but very reliable and can easily get to most central neighborhoods in Ottawa for work.
