Message From The Owner
- We are a small but growing property management company in Edmonton, and we are starting to get completely overwhelmed with the volume of bookings this winter season, especially around the University area.
- We recently added two new properties and need a reliable, professional individual or team to handle the recurring cleaning of our short-term rental units.
- We are looking for high-quality service, since guest reviews directly impact our success, so attention to detail is incredibly important, especially with the mud and salt that gets tracked in when the snow starts falling.
- We are currently looking for help every week, with flexibility, mainly for turnovers between 11 AM and 3 PM.
- You would be responsible for:
- Sanitizing the entire space.
- Restocking guest supplies (shampoo, coffee, etc., which we provide).
- Deep cleaning the oven, stove, and fridge.
- Making sure all the windows and mirrors are sparkling.
- The properties range from two to three bedrooms, and we need someone who can work efficiently and consistently every time.
- The rate is negotiable depending on experience and the size of the unit.
- We prefer to communicate via email for scheduling, as it helps us keep all the details in one place for our team.
- * Change and launder all bedding and towels (on-site machine)
- * Detailed cleaning of baseboards and under furniture
- * Inspect for any damage or maintenance issues and report back
- We have a car and can travel 15-20 miles to meet you and drop off supplies.
