Experienced Cleaner for 3-Bedroom Home in The Beaches Area

I'm an individual homeowner who just converted my family's beautiful 3-bedroom house in The Beaches area of Toronto into a short-term rental, and I'm nervous about keeping up the quality between guests.

This is my first time posting here, and I'm looking for a reliable person to take on the cleaning and preparation for new arrivals, usually taking about 3-4 hours per job, but sometimes longer depending on how messy the guests are.

This is a larger home, so there is a lot of space to cover, including three full bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a finished basement area, so it's a big job for one person.

Because of the size and the detailed work needed, this task is perfect for new immigrants in Toronto who are hard workers and want stable, recurring work, and strong English is not required for this task since the job is straightforward cleaning.

I need someone who can commit to cleaning windows that are often covered in that lakefront grime, dust all the shelving and decor, and properly sanitize the kitchen and bathroom surfaces; the last group left a lot of sand everywhere from walking near the lake, so a really good vacuuming is always needed!

We try to be very eco-friendly with our cleaning products, so ideally, you would bring your own green supplies, but I can supply them if needed.

I’d like to pay cash if that’s okay because it’s easier for my accounting right now, and I’m happy to offer a fair wage that reflects the high cost of living in Toronto.
