We are an established company with multiple short-term rental properties, and we need a consistent cleaner for a few of our units in the New Edinburgh area of Ottawa.
We just started expanding our operations to include three more townhouses, and our existing staff is completely maxed out.
We are looking for an experienced individual or small team to take on these turnovers three to four times per month on a recurring basis.
The main work involves cleaning a total of 12 bedrooms across three properties, handling laundry for all the bedding and towels (we have laundry facilities on site at each unit).
And wiping down all windows and glass surfaces inside and out.
We really focus on presentation, so neatness is key, including folding towels a specific way and making sure the kitchen cabinets are tidy.
Our guests often comment on how clean the units are, so we want to maintain that high standard.
Since we are dealing with townhouses, there are multiple sets of stairs, which is a detail to keep in mind.
We provide commercial-grade cleaning equipment and all necessary supplies.
We expect the job to take about 3-4 hours per house.
The schedule will be communicated weekly but is generally needed between 10 AM and 3 PM.
The rate is negotiable depending on experience and the quality of your work.
Having your own car is a plus for getting between the properties.
Legal work authorization in Canada is required.
My budget is flexible depending on experience, but we are hoping to pay between $130-$150 per unit.
