- I'm an individual who just started doing Airbnb full-time, and I need a strong cleaner right away for my two-bedroom apartment in a newer building in Kensington.
- My life situation changed with a new job, and I simply don't have the time to do the turnover cleans myself anymore.
- I’m looking for someone who can work on tight turnaround windows, usually 11 AM to 4 PM, three to four times a month, often with only 24 hours notice, so being available on short notice is key.
- This apartment has a lovely view, but the Calgary wind can bring a lot of dust into the unit, so thorough dusting is a must, and all windowsills need attention.
- The job includes changing all linens, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, wiping down all high-touch surfaces, and dealing with the building’s specific recycling rules, which are a little complicated.
- You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.
- We can discuss a budget once I see your rates and experience, but I’m looking for someone reliable who will treat my apartment like their own.
- People who have a vehicle will be given preference for carrying supplies, but you must allow extra time for parking; this is Calgary we’re talking about, and street parking in Kensington can be a nightmare!
