Individual Needs Regular Turnover Cleaning for Downtown Edmonton Flat

I'm an individual homeowner who just moved back to Edmonton and am renting out my small downtown flat when I travel for work, which is about twice a month.

My schedule is erratic, so I need someone super reliable and flexible for the turnovers.

The flat is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit in a secure building near Churchill Square.

Access is via a complex key fob system, so you must be very careful with the keys I provide.

You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.

This job involves making sure the apartment is always in pristine condition for the next guest.

Tasks include a full cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen,

changing and washing the linens,

dusting all surfaces,

and cleaning the windows inside.

The building has a secure parking garage, but parking is tough here, give yourself extra time - welcome to Edmonton!

People who have a vehicle will be given preference because the laundry facilities are off-site, and you'll need to transport the linens.

I'm hoping to find someone who takes real pride in their work.

Refill the soap dispensers and shampoo bottles

Sweep the balcony and wipe down the patio furniture

Organize the welcome basket and guest materials

We can negotiate on the price, as finding someone reliable is my biggest priority.
