Long-Term Partner for Our High-Rise Apartment Cleanings

We are a growing small business with two units in a new high-rise in the Metrotown area of Burnaby, and we need a consistent and reliable cleaner to take over the management of these turnovers.

We’ve been overwhelmed with how quickly our units are booking up since we started listing them six months ago, and we are now having trouble keeping up with the back-to-back schedule.

People who have a vehicle will be given preference as we need someone flexible to move between the two buildings and carry supplies, though our budget is flexible and the rate is negotiable depending on experience.

The scope of work is detailed cleaning, including polishing all the stainless steel appliances and making sure the large glass balcony railing is spotless; our guests love the view and expect it to be pristine!

You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task, as we operate as a formal business and require proper documentation.

Plan to arrive early as parking is difficult to find—it’s Burnaby after all, and there are almost no visitor spots!
