Looking for Help with Two-Bedroom Townhouse in Richmond

I'm an individual homeowner and this is my first time posting here for a recurring cleaning task for my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse near the Richmond Centre mall.

My previous cleaner moved suddenly, so I'm hoping to find someone just as great to take over the turnovers, which usually happen between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays, though the schedule varies a lot with guest bookings.

The scope of work is pretty standard, but I need someone really meticulous when it comes to cleaning the hardwood floors and baseboards, as they tend to collect a lot of dust from the nearby commercial areas.

My main concern is finding someone who is reliable and consistent, as I have a very busy work schedule and can't always pop over to check the quality before the next guest arrives, which is why I’m asking for help.

You'd be responsible for ensuring the whole place is sparkling, from taking out all the waste (and following the very strict Richmond recycling rules!) to ensuring all the dishes are put away neatly.
