Looking for Professional Cleaner for Downtown Ottawa Short-Term Rental

- I'm an individual homeowner, and I need a professional cleaner for my 1-bedroom condo near Parliament Hill in downtown Ottawa.
- I'm planning ahead and want to find someone reliable for regular cleanings starting next month.
- My previous person moved out of the city, and I really need a fresh start with someone who has great attention to detail and a professional approach.
- The condo is a high-rise, so access is via a key code and FOB, which I will provide.
- It’s important to respect the quiet hours of the building, especially since many people are working from home now.
- The cleaning schedule is generally twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, with a flexible window between 10 AM and 2 PM.
- We expect a deep clean of the small, open-concept kitchen (stove, oven, fridge exteriors), dusting and wiping all surfaces, and making sure the small balcony is swept if the weather allows.
- We expect a very high standard, as this is a premium rental.
- Must be able to communicate well in English so we can talk about guest feedback easily.
- I can send photos after everything else is agreed on.
- I’d prefer someone who lives nearby, within 20-30 minutes of the property.
- Vehicle not required as this location is right on major transit lines, which is perfect because parking is a nightmare in Ottawa and you'll waste too much time finding a spot.
