Message From The Owner
- We are a small business that just expanded our portfolio in Burnaby with a lovely 3-bedroom townhouse near Brentwood, and we really need a reliable cleaning partner to handle the turnovers.
- We anticipate about three to four cleans per week, mostly on weekends, and the timing is usually from 11 AM to 3 PM.
- We provide all the professional-grade cleaning supplies and a detailed checklist that includes specific tasks like emptying the dehumidifier (it gets surprisingly humid in the summer here) and making sure the patio area is tidy since our guests love using the small outdoor space.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for more clients right now, as we plan to add another unit or two in the New Year.
- The place is three levels, and while there's no elevator, the access is straightforward via a lockbox.
- We are looking for someone with some experience with short-term rental cleaning because it's definitely different from a regular house clean.
- Change and launder all linens and towels.
- Deep clean kitchen, including oven/microwave spot cleaning.
- Sanitize all touch surfaces and electronics.
- I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles to drop off extra supplies if needed, but you’d be responsible for the on-site work.
