Need a Super Fast Cleaner for a Studio in Mission

- Hi there! I'm an individual who just bought my first little studio unit in the Mission area of Calgary, and I'm trying out Airbnb for the first time!
- I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing, and frankly, I really need a reliable cleaning person to take that stress away from me.
- I'm looking for someone who can handle turnarounds, which are often tight, say between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, a few times a month, maybe 6-8 times a month to start.
- The studio is small, so it shouldn't take more than 90 minutes for a good cleaning.
- I’m looking for someone who can manage all the standard turnover duties, like wiping down all surfaces, making the bed with fresh linens, and cleaning the small kitchenette and bathroom.
- I will supply the cleaning products, including eco-friendly options, as I prefer to use those.
- My budget is $50-$65 per turnover, but this is negotiable, depending on experience and the speed you can guarantee.
- This unit is in a historic walk-up building, so there is no elevator, but street parking is usually pretty manageable on my block in Mission.
- Clean and sanitize the small bathroom.
- Tidy and organize the main living/sleeping area.
- Wipe down and clean the kitchen surfaces.
- Empty all trash and recycling bins.
- I prefer to communicate via email for scheduling and details.
- Availability on short notice, especially on weekends, would be amazing!
