I am a service provider myself, and honestly, I am completely overwhelmed with the volume of bookings I have right now—I cant keep up with all the demand in Richmond, and I need a reliable sub-contractor to take over a specific recurring client.
This client is a 4-bedroom house near the Garden City area, and they need turnovers 1-2 times a week, usually Mondays and Fridays, but the times are quite flexible.
The quality expectation is immaculate because the client is very particular about their staging and presentation for their high-end guests.
We are looking for someone local, no more than 20 minutes travel, to minimize time lost on the road, as we really value punctuality and efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for newcomers to Richmond, and while we need someone who speaks very good English to communicate any issues found during the clean (like maintenance problems), we are very supportive and provide all the necessary training and detailed checklists.
Since the house is quite large, you’ll be handling a lot of laundry, but the facilities are excellent.
I use transit but very reliable, so I can drop off and pick up the keys/supplies if needed.
I prefer to pay in cash upon completion, and I would love to hear a bit about your background in your initial message.
