I'd like to pay cash if that's okay, and no vehicle is needed for this job as the building is right next to a major bus stop.
Strong English is not required for this task as long as you can follow a visual checklist that I provide.

* Change bed linens and towels.
* Clean the bathroom and kitchen surfaces.
* Sweep the balcony and wipe the outdoor chairs.
* Check that all lights and AC units are working.
* Take out the recycling according to the building rules.
I'm looking for someone local, no more than 20 minutes travel from the city center.
