The scope involves full cleaning of three identical two-bedroom units, often with back-to-back bookings, so efficiency between 10 AM and 4 PM is crucial.
We handle the supply ordering, but you must use the products correctly and be able to manage the laundry loads for all three units if needed.
We need someone who can travel between units quickly, as these buildings are close but not in the same spot.
I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles to meet and train, but you must have your own reliable transportation.
Full kitchen sanitization, including microwave and oven spot-cleaning is required.
Meticulous cleaning of all glass and mirrors is essential.
Reporting any maintenance needs promptly is a key requirement.
Ensuring the linens are folded perfectly (no wrinkles!) is important to our guests.
