we typically get two or three cleanings per unit each week, mostly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but the schedule can be a bit variable.
The work involves sweeping and mopping all floors, thoroughly wiping down all surfaces, making sure all the dishes are clean and put away, and restocking consumables like toilet paper and coffee, which we will drop off in bulk every two weeks.
I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles so I can be available for meet-ups to show you the ropes or drop off supplies as needed, which means I have flexible availability for checking in with you.
We set a high standard for our guests, so we need someone who can follow a checklist exactly and really make the place shine, especially since the Toronto humidity this time of year can make things feel a bit sticky if not cleaned right.
These buildings use a key-code entry, so access is simple and no need to deal with a concierge, which is great for getting in and out quickly.
