Recurring Cleaning for Company's Multiple Units in Richmond (Budget Flexible)
Message From The Owner
- We are a company that manages several upscale rental units across Richmond, mainly in the Steveston Village area, and we are looking for a dedicated team or individual to partner with for the recurring cleaning of three different properties.
- This is a formal contract opportunity, and we are looking for professional, consistent service every time—we can’t have run-on sentences or inconsistent caps in our cleaning quality, lol.
- We need someone who can handle the full spectrum of turnover duties, which includes deep cleaning the kitchens, sanitizing bathrooms, and doing all the on-site laundry, making sure every unit meets our high corporate standard.
- We use an automated system to schedule cleans, so you would need to be comfortable with a dynamic schedule where the clean times often shift based on guest check-outs, but we always provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- The properties include a 2-bed apartment and two 4-bed houses.
- We provide all the industrial-grade supplies and equipment, but we do prefer candidates with their own transportation, as you'll be traveling between the three different sites, and frankly, people who have a vehicle will be given preference for this contract.
- Our budget is flexible for the right long-term partner who can offer excellent service and legal work authorization in Canada required.
- Allow extra time for parking, this is Richmond we’re talking about, especially in the historic village area where spots are few!
- Sanitize and scrub the three different properties according to our specific, detailed checklist.
- Manage on-site laundry for high-volume linen changes.
- Coordinate access via lockbox and electronic key codes for all properties.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately after each clean.
- I prefer to communicate via email for all formal scheduling and invoicing.
- We look forward to receiving proposals from serious, professional cleaning teams.
