We are a Company that has just expanded our operations into the Calgary market, and we are looking to hire a dedicated professional cleaner or team to manage the upkeep of our initial three units.
These are all one and two-bedroom apartments located in newer buildings near the University of Calgary and in Kensington.
We need a team that can handle back-to-back bookings, often requiring same-day turnarounds between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and we expect a high level of quality control because our company brand relies on top-tier service.
Since these properties are in high-demand areas, we need cleaners who understand the specific challenges of winter in Calgary, like dealing with salt and mud tracked into the hallways and entrances during the colder months.
Our expectation is for the unit to be deep-cleaned, including oven and fridge maintenance every few weeks, not just surface cleaning.
Full sanitization of bathrooms and kitchens is required.
Check and report any damages or missing inventory.
Coordinate recycling and waste disposal following Calgary’s specific bylaws.
We are offering a competitive rate, but we are also open to discussing rates depending on your experience and how many people are on your team.
