My usual cleaner had a family emergency and I have new guests checking in right away, so the time window is very tight; the cleaning must be completed between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
This unit is quite small, but it requires a very high standard of cleanliness, especially since it's located near the Fraser River and can sometimes get a bit damp and dusty from the outside air and the cycling paths nearby.
We pride ourselves on five-star reviews, so attention to detail is crucial, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
This isn't my main job, so I'm honestly feeling a bit stressed trying to coordinate this last-minute switch while managing my day-to-day work, which is why I'm reaching out here.
You would be responsible for making sure all linens are stripped and replaced (we have extras on site), wiping down all surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring the place looks immaculate, ready for the next set of guests.
I can send photos after everything else is agreed on so you can see the size of the unit and the specific products we use, which I always provide.
I prefer to pay in cash upon completion of the job, and I’m hoping to find someone who lives nearby, within 20-30 minutes, to ensure they can make the tight schedule.
