Weekly Recuring Cleaning for a Beltline Townhouse

I'm an individual homeowner with a lovely three-bedroom townhouse in the Beltline area of Calgary that I rent out on Airbnb, and I'm really starting to feel overwhelmed by the constant turnover schedule.

I'm looking for a reliable person to take on the recurring cleaning every week, usually on Mondays and Fridays, but the exact timing is always based on guests checking out between 10 AM and 3 PM.

My previous person moved away to Edmonton for a new job, and I'm nervous about finding someone as dependable as they were, so I really need someone I can count on for the long haul.

The tasks include cleaning two full bathrooms, wiping down kitchen surfaces, emptying trash/recycling, and making sure all the floors are vacuumed and mopped properly.

Since this is a townhouse, there’s no elevator, and the property is close to a transit stop, which is helpful because I use transit but very reliable myself.

I just need someone who pays attention to detail and will let me know if any supplies are running low.

Change and wash all sheets and towels (in-unit laundry).

Thorough dusting of all surfaces and window sills.

Restock all guest amenities (soap, toilet paper, coffee).

I can send photos after everything else is agreed on so you can see the size of the place.
