Company House Check and Yard Maintenance in Marda Loop

We are a growing small real estate management company in Calgary looking for a housesitter to look after a vacant property in Marda Loop for four weeks as we wait for the new tenants to move in.

We need someone reliable to keep the place secure, and this is mainly a security and maintenance check.

The previous company we used was unreliable and missed several waterings, so we need someone who is detail-oriented.

You'd be responsible for making sure the lawn is cut once a week, all indoor plants are watered, and the Calgary recycling and trash bins are put out and brought in on the correct days.

This is a very standard single-family home, and we require daily check-ins for insurance purposes.

* Collect the mail daily.

* Ensure the garage door remains closed and locked.
