Corporate House Check and Mail Sorting in Leslieville

We are a well-established company with multiple projects running in Toronto, and we require a highly reliable house sitter to perform bi-weekly check-ins on a small rental property we own in the Leslieville area.

We can negotiate on price depending on how detailed your reporting is.

This is a very simple job, but we need someone professional and available for the recurring checks every Tuesday and Friday morning between 10 AM and 12 PM.

Your job is strictly about security and communication, not cleaning.

You need to check all exterior doors, ensure the basement window wells are clear of debris (especially with the Toronto rain we get), and sort and scan important mail to our head office email.

I mainly use this platform for messaging and it's the best way to reach me during business hours.

I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles for an initial key handoff meeting.

The checks need to include:

Taking photos of the front and back of the property.

Checking the fuse box to ensure all power is on.

Flushing the toilets and running the water in the sink for one minute to prevent odors.
