Expanding Business Needs Weekend Sitter for Commercial/Residential Property

We are a small business that's recently expanded operations in Burnaby, and we need a housesitter for a combination commercial/residential property in the Edmonds area for a long weekend, from Friday evening to Monday morning.

My previous person moved to downtown Vancouver and can't handle the commute anymore, so I need someone reliable who can commit to the whole weekend.

I use transit myself, but I need extra work this week, so I'm looking for clients who might need ongoing help.

The main job is being present and ensuring the doors to the storage area in the back are locked at all times, checking them every few hours, even through the night.

I also need you to check the outside perimeter for any sign of vandalism, as that area can sometimes have issues, and bring in all flyers and junk mail immediately.

I prefer communication via email for all scheduling and updates, as it helps me keep track of everything for my business records.

The rate is negotiable depending on experience and your background.

I need a quick text update every morning by 9 AM confirming everything is secure.

You'll need to turn the heating down to 15∘C on Sunday night before you leave.
