Experienced Sitter Needed for Small Business Owner in South Burnaby

We are a small business, just two people, and we are expanding our operations rapidly, so we need a trustworthy house sitter for our main property in South Burnaby where we also keep some inventory.

It's a detached home, and the main thing is keeping an eye on the basement where we store some supplies, checking for any signs of dampness or leaks, which can be a problem in older homes in this area during the rainy season.

This is our first time hiring a house sitter through a platform like this, so we are a little nervous about finding the right fit, but we really need the extra support so we can focus on our business growth.

You’d be responsible for checking the thermostat twice a day and adjusting it slightly to keep the house at a consistent temperature to protect the inventory we keep upstairs, between 18°C and 20°C.

The lawn mower and trimmer need to be moved from the shed into the garage to prevent rust from the high moisture.

A delivery of business supplies needs to be accepted next Tuesday between 10 AM and 1 PM.

It’s important that we have clear communication because of the inventory.
