Message From The Owner
- Hello!
- My partner and I (we're first-time users!) are looking for a reliable and kind person to house sit our three-story semi-detached home near High Park for two weeks while we visit family.
- We've been really busy with life stuff and are really excited for this trip, but nervous about leaving the house!
- It's a nice place, but the parking is a total nightmare on our street, so good luck finding a spot if you drive.
- We need someone to stay overnight and be present for most of the day.
- You'd be responsible for the big job of watering all the indoor plants and the small vegetable garden we have in the back.
- Because of how hot Toronto summers can get, the garden needs a deep soak every evening after the sun goes down.
- No vehicle is needed for this job, and we prefer cash payment upon completion.
- Clean out the dryer lint trap after any laundry use (it’s an older machine).
- Walk our small Boston Terrier, Peanut, twice a day.
- Ensure all front and back porch lights are turned on from dusk until dawn.
- Keep the kitchen counter clear and clean.
- We are looking for someone local, no more than 20 minutes travel time, because we need to do a key hand-off this week before we leave.
- We'll be away for two weeks next month.
