I recently moved to Burnaby and bought my first house near SFU, and honestly, I am overwhelmed with the amount of work the move created, so I need to go back home for a week to finalize some paperwork.
This task is perfect for new immigrants in Burnaby because the house is simple, and strong English is not required for this task—just reliability.
The house is a small bungalow, and I prefer someone who lives nearby, within 20-30 minutes, since the bus routes up the mountain can be tricky, and no vehicle is needed for this job.
My main concern is security and the indoor plants.
I need someone to visit twice a day for about 30 minutes each time—once in the morning and once in the evening.
In the mornings, I need you to water the three potted ferns and open the curtains.
In the evenings, you need to close the curtains, lock the front porch, and check all the basement windows, as they are a bit older.
I’d like to pay cash if that’s okay upon completion.
We can talk about the details once we agree on the basics.
I can send photos after everything else is agreed on, but please send your CV along with your message and tell me a little about yourself in your message so I can get a feel for your experience level.
I am available on short notice for an interview this week, and I prefer to pay cash.
Really appreciate it!
