Housesitting and Mail for My Downtown Apartment

I'm a first-timer using a service like this, and I'm excited to find someone to help me out.

I need housesitting for my 15th-floor apartment downtown Ottawa for two weeks in June while I’m at a conference for my job.

The main job is to collect the mail and small packages from the concierge desk daily and make sure they are safe in my unit; I get a lot of mail and I don’t want it piling up.

I also need you to water my three balcony planters every second day, depending on the weather.

You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.

I also need you to check the kitchen sink drain, which sometimes clogs up if it’s not run regularly, so running the water for a minute each time you visit is key.

Allow extra time for parking, this is Ottawa we’re talking about, and finding a spot can be a nightmare!

People who have a vehicle will be given preference for the job, as the condo is a bit of a walk from the main transit line.
