Long-Term Check-ins for a Rental Property near St. Laurent

I'm an individual homeowner, and I need a very reliable person to check on my vacant rental property near the St. Laurent shopping centre every Saturday morning for the next three months while I prepare it for a new tenant.

It’s a two-story duplex, and I'm really nervous about leaving it empty for so long, especially with the heavy rain we get here, so checking for water leaks is the most important thing.

This is a simple, recurring task that shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes each time.

You’d be responsible for running the dehumidifier in the basement.

Taking a quick walk around the perimeter to check for any obvious damage or signs of squatting.

And making sure the outdoor entrance lights are working.

Having your own car is a plus because the transit connections in that area aren’t great, so vehicle owners will be prioritized.

I am looking for more clients right now, so this steady, long-term task would be perfect to fill up your schedule.
