Looking for a VERY Reliable Sitter for Townhouse in Kerrisdale

I'm an experienced homeowner in Vancouver, and I'm seeking a very reliable housesitter for my townhouse in Kerrisdale for approximately 18 days while I visit family overseas.

This is a very important task because my previous sitter had an emergency and had to bail last minute, so my travel plans are in jeopardy unless I find someone quick; I'm really stressed, not gonna lie.

The townhouse is a three-level unit with a lot of natural light, and the Vancouver sun can really heat up the place in the afternoon, so managing the blinds is a key part of the job.

The tasks include bringing in the neighbor's bins on their collection day (Thursday), lightly dusting the main living areas every three days, and managing the mail and any small packages.

I prefer candidates with their own transportation because the area is not super well-served by the main transit lines.

Having your own car is a plus for this location, even though finding street parking can be a nightmare in Vancouver, so plan to arrive early as parking is difficult to find - it's Vancouver after all.

You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.
