Loving Sitter Needed for My Shy Dog in West Edmonton
Message From The Owner
- I am a first-time user of this platform, and I'm honestly pretty nervous about leaving my sweet but shy Golden Retriever, Max, while I go on a family vacation for 10 days at the end of next month.
- We live in a nice single-family home in West Edmonton, and I need someone to come live at my house to keep Max company and keep him on his regular schedule, which is very important for his anxiety.
- I would also like someone to water my small vegetable garden every evening, and make sure the house doesn't look empty for security reasons.
- You would need to feed Max twice a day and take him for three walks a day, including a longer one in the afternoon around the neighborhood park near us; he doesn't need to be off-leash, but he does need good exercise.
- I have his favorite treats and all the food supplies ready, and I'll leave detailed instructions on everything from his feeding schedule to his favorite spots to nap.
- Please know he will likely hide for the first 24 hours.
- I also need you to bring in all the newspapers and flyers from the driveway every morning so they don't pile up.
- Please be respectful of our home and keep it tidy while you are here, as we are pretty clean people.
- I'm hoping to find a nice person, maybe a student or someone who works from home, who can just be a calm presence for Max while I'm away.
