Wipe down all kitchen surfaces daily to keep the space pristine.
Check the exterior lights are all functioning and replace bulbs if needed (we provide spares).
Test the main house generator once during the stay.
This is a large, luxury home on a quiet street, and we require someone to stay on site for two weeks every other month for the foreseeable future.
The sitting involves no pets, just property oversight and basic maintenance.
Strong English communication skills required to liaise with our management team on any issues.
The job involves a daily walk-through of the entire property (three stories) to ensure everything is secure, especially after the heavy rain and wind we often get here in Richmond.
You'd be responsible for setting and monitoring the complex alarm system, which we will train you on,
and ensuring the yard is free of debris (we have a leaf blower provided).
We also need all packages and deliveries brought inside and placed neatly in the mudroom.
We have an underground parking spot available, so having your own car is a huge plus, but it’s not absolutely necessary. We just need to know your transportation plan.
