Recurring House Checks and Mail Pickup in Centretown

We are an established company that manages multiple properties for clients who travel internationally,

and we have a new opportunity for recurring house-check services at a three-story townhome in the busy Centretown area of Ottawa.

We need someone highly dependable to visit twice a week for an hour each time to perform a full interior and exterior security check,

run the water in the sinks and tubs,

and forward the mail to our main office once a week.

The client expects high quality and attention to detail, especially since the rate is negotiable depending on experience and how well the first month goes.

This is a long-term position and we’re looking to build a good working relationship with someone professional.

We need someone who can document everything with photos, especially if there’s any sign of water intrusion or damage from the constant freeze-thaw cycles we get in Ottawa winters; we really need to protect our assets.

I mainly use this platform for messaging, so please use that as your preferred communication method for initial contact,

and it helps if you can confirm your current work schedule, as our sitter has a family situation that makes their current availability difficult, and we need to fill their spot quickly.
