Seeking Dependable Housesitter for Home in South Granville for Winter

I am planning a trip away for almost all of January and February, and I need a very dependable housesitter for my single-family home in the South Granville area of Vancouver.

This is a larger property, and during the winter months, we need someone who can keep an eye on things, especially to prevent any issues with freezing pipes, which is a real concern with our old plumbing.

My partner and I are really excited about our trip, but nervous about leaving the house in the hands of a stranger, so trust is paramount.

The main tasks will involve briefly running the water in all the sinks and flushing all the toilets twice a week.

Shoveling the front path if we get any unexpected Vancouver snow.

Bringing in the blue box and green bin from the curb after collection.

I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles to meet for a key exchange and to walk you through the property, which is a big plus for getting the details right.

Willing to negotiate on price for the right, trustworthy person who can commit to the full two months.
