Seeking Professional Caretaker for Executive Home in Deer Lake Area

We are a formal company with multiple projects running right now, and we need a highly reliable and professional caretaker for one of our executive-level rental properties in the Deer Lake area of Burnaby.

This is a large, two-story house, and the task is focused on maintaining a high-end appearance while it is vacant between tenants.

We require clear documentation and a high standard of work, as we have strict quality expectations for all of our properties.

The house has a smart home system for access, which we will give you a temporary code for.

This job involves several specific and recurring tasks to keep the property pristine and ready for viewing.

You need to wipe down the kitchen countertops and sweep the floors every day to prevent dust accumulation, as the area can be quite dusty, especially when the weather is dry.

You would also be expected to flush all the toilets and run the water in the sinks for a minute every other day to prevent the traps from drying out and causing smells.

We need this coverage starting ASAP for at least three weeks.

Take out the garbage and green bin on Tuesday morning.

Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked during and after each visit.
