Short-Notice Housesit in Downtown Vancouver Condo - ASAP

REALLY NEED help with a quick housesit for a condo in downtown Vancouver;

it's a short notice request because I just got a last-minute opportunity to attend a training seminar out of town.

The unit is a two-bedroom apartment near Robson Street,

and I need someone to be present for four days, starting this Friday.

My availability is open to meet for a handover anytime before Thursday evening.

You’ll need to water the small kitchen herb garden once,

check in with the building concierge daily to collect any packages,

and, most importantly, manage the lockbox access for a recurring cleaner who comes on Saturday morning.

The cleaner needs a quick text message reminder the night before.

I prefer to communicate via email for all the detailed instructions,

and my budget is flexible for someone who can step up so quickly.

Set the hallway light timer to go off at 11 PM.

Ensure the balcony door is always locked.
