Since it’s an older building, the heating can be a bit tricky, so please make sure the thermostat is kept at a comfortable 20°C to avoid any issues.
* Check all windows are latched properly.
* Empty the compost bin (it stinks if left too long).
* Send me a quick photo of the apartment each morning so I know everything is okay.

I just got a new job offer that requires me to start immediately out of town, so I'm excited but also a little overwhelmed with the quick turnaround!
It’s an older walk-up building (no elevator, sorry!) on the third floor.
I have a few simple tasks:
Checking on my beloved but slightly dramatic fiddle leaf fig plant (needs a specific amount of water every other day, I’ll leave detailed notes!).
Bringing in the mail.
Just generally making sure the place is secure.
I don't have any pets, which makes it easy!
