- The property is a lovely two-bedroom apartment, and the main tasks are checking on the client’s two hamsters (refilling food/water bowls), ensuring the heat is set correctly to prevent frozen pipes (a real Ottawa concern), and generally making sure the unit is secure between guests.
- This task is perfect for new immigrants in Ottawa who are looking for flexible work; strong English is not required for this task, as the instructions are straightforward.
- We would prefer someone who lives nearby, within 20-30 minutes, as we need quick response times if a guest calls us about an issue.
- We are happy to share more info after we discuss the basics, but the initial pay for this short job will be in cash payment upon completion.
- We don't need you to have your own transportation for this job.
- Collect the guest keys from the hidden lockbox and replace them upon leaving.
- Confirm that all windows are closed and locked.
