Weekly House Check and Mail Pickup in Elbow Park

I’m new to CityTasker and need someone for a recurring weekly house check on my home in Elbow Park while I’m away for the next six months due to a new job.

This isn't a full-time housesit, just a weekly check-in, usually on a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon for about an hour.

I am a first-timer on this platform, so I might over-explain things, but I want to be sure everything is clear!

The house is a small, older two-story and access is via a lockbox.

Your main job is to collect all the mail, check for flyers, and make sure all the windows are closed and the heat is set correctly, especially with the crazy Chinook winds we get in Calgary that can change the temperature in hours.

I am open to discussing rates and would prefer communication through this platform for all scheduling and updates.

Having your own car is a plus for getting to this area as the bus routes are a bit indirect.
