Message From The Owner
- I'm due to have a baby soon, and my current emotional state is a mix of excitement and extreme nervousness about how I'm going to feed myself and my partner once the baby arrives, so I'm looking to hire someone experienced in bulk meal preparation to fill our freezer up with ready-to-heat meals.
- We live in a low-rise apartment building near Westboro, which has a convenient lockbox for entry and great transit access, and we are aiming to get this done in one or two long sessions over the next two weeks, whenever your availability allows for a 6-8 hour block of work.
- I'm hoping to get a variety of things like lasagna, chili, shepherd's pie, and some pre-portioned soups and stews that can last us for the first six weeks or so.
- We would need you to plan the ingredient list based on a budget we agree upon, purchase the groceries (we will reimburse you, of course), and then prepare, cook, and flash-freeze everything in our aluminum containers, leaving clear reheating instructions written on the lid.
- We have a small but functional kitchen, and I have a huge stock of spices and all the basic equipment, though if you have a favorite piece of equipment you want to bring (like a specific immersion blender), that's fine too.
