I live in a condo in Yaletown with really tricky access (you need a FOB, but I’ll meet you downstairs).
I need someone to come in for about three hours every Sunday afternoon.
This isn't super complicated prep, but I just don’t have the time after my busy weekend plans.
The main focus is on making staple ingredients for me to use in my lunches and dinners.
That means things like roasting a large tray of different vegetables (like broccoli, sweet potatoes),
making a huge batch of lentil soup or stew,
and chopping up a big container of salad greens and toppings.
You’d be responsible for organizing the pantry and fridge, too, because I’m not gonna lie, it’s a mess right now.
