I am an individual who just started a new job downtown, and I’m overwhelmed with the volume of work, so my nutrition is suffering.
I need someone to come to my small condo in the Financial District of Vancouver every Sunday morning, maybe 10 AM to 1 PM, to prepare low-carb meals for the week.
The building has a concierge, so access is easy, but parking is tough, btw.
I need three different low-carb dinners (think big salads with protein, baked fish, or stir-fries without rice).
I need five grab-and-go low-carb lunches.
You’d also need to wash all the produce and make sure all containers are clean and ready for the week.
I will have all the groceries, but you should bring your own sharp knives if you have a favorite set, as mine are kind of dull (lol).
Cook and portion three dinners and five lunches.
Prep low-carb snacks like cheese and veggie portions.
Ensure all food is labeled with the date.
Clean all surfaces thoroughly.
