The scope is high-volume cooking and proper portioning for freezing.
Requires familiarity with freezing techniques to avoid freezer burn.
The commitment is 6 hours on the second Friday of the month.
For timing, flexibility is required, as the start time might change by 30 minutes.
About the kitchen space, my kitchen has high-quality equipment; please treat it with care.
About storing the food, ensure all bulk ingredients are stored properly back in the pantry.
Important. You must speak and understand English well to follow safety directions and complex recipes.
