The role requires meticulous hygiene and advanced culinary techniques, including shucking oysters, filleting fish, and creating complex seafood stocks.
A mandatory requirement is proven expertise in seafood handling and preparation.
The commitment is 5 hours, consistently on the fourth Saturday of each month.
