I need a professional sous-chef once a month to handle all chopping, slicing, and mise en place for a client who enjoys cooking but lacks prep time.
The focus is on precision cuts and organized storage.
This is a 4-hour commitment on the second Saturday morning of the month.
For timing, the kitchen is only free between 1 pm and 5 pm, so you must start and finish in that window.
About the kitchen space, we prefer someone who is comfortable using only induction cooking equipment.
About storing the food, we need the meals to be stored in the provided glass containers only.
