Professional Prep for Our New Food Truck Operation!

We are a growing small business launching a new food truck in the Mount Pleasant area of Vancouver, and we need a consistent and professional prep cook to support our daily operations.

We're looking for someone who can work four mornings a week (Tues-Fri) from 6 AM to 10 AM in our shared commercial kitchen space.

Availability and reliability are key for our small team.

The job scope is focused on high-volume production of specific, simple components for our food truck menu, like slicing hundreds of buns for sandwiches,

making sure all our toppings (pickles, relishes, sauces) are made in large batches,

and prepping our main proteins for the day.

You would be responsible for maintaining our high standard of food safety and cleanliness.

The neighborhood is very transit-friendly, and no vehicle is needed for this job.
