- I really need help with some major batch cooking, specifically making a bunch of meals to stock my freezer for the winter months ahead in Calgary.
- With the cold weather coming, I just want to have things ready to go after a long day!
- I'm an experienced user of this platform, but my usual person had to move back East, so I'm looking for someone new to take on this big one-time job, but possibly turning into recurring work!
- I’ll provide all the recipes (mostly chili, stews, and casseroles) and the ingredients.
- My kitchen is a pretty good size for cooking.
- This job is located in a house in the NE, close to a major road, and access is easy.
- The work would take a full day, maybe 6-8 hours, and I’m hoping to do this very soon, like in the next two weeks.
- I am looking for someone who has good food safety experience and can package everything well, labeling with dates and instructions.
- My budget is pretty flexible for this big effort, and we are open to discussing rates for a quality job.
