I am completely overwhelmed with work and trying to keep my three kids fed healthy meals in Edmonton.
My previous helper moved away last month, and I've been scrambling to manage meal prep every Sunday, which is just not working out.
I really need someone to come to my home, which is a townhouse near the Southgate area, for about four hours to help chop, cook, and portion lunches and dinners for the upcoming week.
The main goal is simple, nutritious food—think grilled chicken, steamed veggies, rice, and big batches of soup or chili, and I already have all the recipes and ingredients ready to go.
The scope of work includes washing and chopping a large quantity of vegetables,
cooking three main protein sources (like chicken breasts or ground beef),
preparing two complex side dishes (like a quinoa salad or roasted sweet potatoes),
and then portioning everything into containers.
My kitchen is quite large, but it can get chaotic with all the containers!
We need to focus on efficiency to get everything done in the allotted time.
I am generally looking for help on Sunday afternoons, but I'm open to discussing rates if you can only do a weekday evening.
