Message From The Owner
- I'm a chef who recently moved to Edmonton to open a new restaurant, and I'm currently working out of a ghost kitchen space near the Yellowhead Trail area for recipe testing.
- I desperately need an assistant for 8 hours on Tuesday and Thursday of this week to help with the meticulous prep work for my new menu.
- It’s a bit overwhelming with the number of recipes I have to try and perfect before I can open the doors!
- Your tasks would involve following complex recipes to the letter, measuring precise quantities of ingredients for test batches, meticulously documenting the outcomes, and managing the high-volume cleanup.
- You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.
- The work is mostly indoors, so the classic Edmonton cold won't be an issue, but please plan to arrive early as parking can be a nightmare in Edmonton around the industrial area.
- We are looking for someone local, no more than 20 minutes travel, who is ready to jump in.
