Task 3: ASAP Help Needed for a Catering Event Prep in West Edmonton

URGENT: Prep Cook Needed This Week for Big Catering Order!

I am a catering service provider and got swamped with a large last-minute corporate order out in the west end of Edmonton, and I REALLY NEED a skilled prep cook to jump in and save the day.

The task involves four to six hours of intense prep work this coming Thursday morning, starting at 8:00 AM, in my rented kitchen space near West Edmonton Mall.

I had a scheduling mix-up, and I can't possibly do all the fine-dicing and vegetable-roasting myself while managing the rest of the cooking and coordinating staff.

This is a high-stakes event, so I need someone who can work quickly and independently once tasks are assigned.

The work will involve precision knife skills for carving fruit garnishes, preparing large trays of roasted root vegetables, mixing and forming approximately 300 mini quiches (pre-made pastry shells provided), and assembling canapés.

I can provide all the necessary professional equipment and knives, but a high-quality standard of work is expected.
