Urgent! Temp Chef/Prep for Small Asian Eatery in Richmond

SUBJECT: URGENT! NEED PREP HELP ASAP FOR SMALL EATERY IN RICHMOND!

We are a very small but growing Asian restaurant (just two partners) and we are absolutely drowning in takeout orders, especially during the rainy Richmond season.

WE REALLY NEED HELP with the back-of-house prep work for the next few weeks.

This job is 5 days a week, 4 hours a day (9 am to 1 pm)

It involves chopping huge amounts of produce, making sauces from scratch, portioning out noodles, and general kitchen organization.

It's a professional environment but we are casual and friendly.

We prefer someone who lives nearby, within 20-30 minutes because we need you to be reliable and on time every day.

This task is perfect for new immigrants in Richmond looking for steady, short-term work.

No vehicle is needed for this job as we are very accessible by transit.

I prefer to pay in cash at the end of each week.
