Bulk Mailing and Letter Prep for Local Richmond Store

We are a small, established business in Richmond preparing for a big holiday mailing campaign to our customers, and we really need someone to help with the fiddly, tedious work of preparing all the envelopes.

This is a one-time project, but we have about 500 letters that need to be folded, inserted into envelopes, sealed, stamped, and then delivered to a main Canada Post office.

We have all the paper, envelopes, and stamps ready to go at our main location.

The job is very straightforward, and we anticipate it will take about 6-8 hours, which we’d like completed in one day, preferably this coming Monday or Tuesday.

We can offer a set rate for the entire project, and the rate is negotiable depending on how quickly and neatly you can complete the work.

This is a great opportunity to get some consistent, quiet work!

Accurately folding 500+ letters into a third.

Inserting the letters into window envelopes.

Affixing a postal stamp to each envelope.

Delivering all prepared mail to the nearest main post office location in Richmond.
